Europe Bucket List

All my friends know that I am a huge fan of making lists. I make lists for everything, from your day-to-day to-do lists to fictitious lists about my future. So, true to my nature, I have decided to make a bucket list for my time abroad - a list of things to see, do, or experience during my 9 month stay in France and Europe. Here we go.....

TRAVEL
1. Go to Ireland and walk along the Cliffs of Moher.
2. Go to Switzerland and sit by Lake Lucerne.
3. Go to Spain.
4. Go to Germany and see the Christmas Markets.
5. Visit Cinque Terre in Italy.
6. See the leaning tower of Pisa.
7. Go to Croatia: visit Dubrovnik and walk on the walls surrounding the city.
8. Visit Mont St. Michel.
9. Go to Santorini and dip my feet in the Aegean sea.

EATING/DRINKING
1. Try a new wine every month.
2. Eat a new french pastry once every week.
3. Try a macaroon from L’adurée.
4. Have cafe au lait at least once (even though I hate coffee). 
5. Learn to make a classic French recipe. 

RELATIONSHIPS
1. Meet and become friends with people from 4 different countries.
2. Send postcards to friends and family once each month.

EXPERIENCES
1. Read 15 books during my stay abroad.
    -Harry Potter a l'ecole des sorciers by J.K.Rowling
    -One Fifth Avenue by Candace Bushnell
    -L'affaire by Diane Johnson
    -The Girl who Played with Fire by Stieg Larsson
    -The Girl who Kicked the Hornet's Nest by Stieg Larsson
    -Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris
2. Read at least 1 book in French. (Harry Potter I)
3. Go see a French movie (sans subtitles).
4. Take some type of exercise class: yoga, dance, etc.
5. Hike around the hills of the Luberon with no itinerary in mind.
6. Take 1 picture a day for my entire stay.
7. Go to a concert - either of a popular french artist or of classical music.
8. Get lost.
